We're welcoming applications for our 3D Design Internship Programme, open to candidates based in India. This is a fully remote, project-based internship designed for master's students and graduates who want hands-on experience in 3D design while building a strong portfolio. Over the programme you'll complete ten 3D-printable models, working through the full design process with guidance from our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client-facing web applications using React and Node.js

Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional full-stack development experience

AI Solutions Engineer
We were seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design and deploy custom AI agents for Irish businesses. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and AI, requiring someone passionate about making AI accessible and practical for SMEs across sectors like finance, retail, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents for customer support, marketing, and operations
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into client business workflows
- Develop automation pipelines and AI-powered tools
- Evaluate and recommend AI solutions aligned to client needs
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)
- Strong Python and API integration skills
- Understanding of prompt engineering and RAG architectures
Digital Business Consultant
We were looking for an experienced Digital Business Consultant to advise Irish SMEs on technology adoption, digital transformation, and financial systems. You would act as a trusted advisor — bridging the gap between business goals and the digital solutions ForgeTechX delivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to identify digitisation opportunities and pain points
- Recommend and implement CRM, accounting, and automation solutions
- Lead client onboarding, training, and change management
- Develop proposals, roadmaps, and business cases for digital projects
Requirements
- 3–5 years in business consulting, digital transformation, or project management
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of the Irish SME landscape is a strong advantage
UI/UX Designer
We were seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, beautiful digital experiences for our clients' websites, apps, and AI-powered tools. You'd work closely with developers and consultants to bring ideas to life in ways that are not just visually compelling but deeply user-centred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain consistent design systems across client projects

Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional UI/UX design experience
